Innovative Water Bottle Design: A Step-by-Step Guide
Based on the scope specified by the client, including capacity, cup shape, functionality, materials, price, style, etc.
Provide a rendered 3D model or a sketch of the appearance.
Modify the initial draft based on client feedback. Understand the direction’s accuracy by gauging the client’s approval of specific proposals, then decide whether to refine the design or start over.
After submitting and adjusting the design two or more times based on client feedback, finalize the design. Convert the proposal into a detailed 3D model and refine the structure. Provide a final rendering for client approval before creating the prototype.
Confirm mold division, materials, price, and completion time with the mold factory, then sign the mold purchase contract.
Compare the initial sample from the trial mold to the design drawings, identify any dimensional or surface defects, and propose modifications. After modifications, test the sample again. Once confirmed, proceed with texturing and mold nitriding.
