Michael Yao is the founder of Everich And Tomic Housewares Co., Ltd., a professional company that focus on the manufacture of drinkware for over 20 years. Based on the concept of "innovation, green, quality, passion", Michael Yao is committed to enhancing the performance of the water bottle business to benefit clients, employees, and society as its core philosophy. Michael Yao has established himself as a strong and successful leader, and under his leadership, the company's annual turnover has steadily increased at a rate of 20%-30% per year. Outside Everichhydro, Michael Yao is passionate about making the world a better place through effective philanthropy. During the epidemic, he donated 70,000 masks to alleviate the tension problem of masks.

An accomplished executive with a track record of growing million dollar businesses, building great teams, and shipping blockbuster products, Lu Yan first joined Everichhydro in 2004 and has served in several leadership roles during that time, including salesman, department head as well as head of business. Outside Everichhydro, Lu Yan’s life philosophy is “less is more." She’s always in search of a better way to blance life and work.
